Jana Nevrlka, the author of the book “Cofounding the Right Way”, is supporting founders with the cofounding aspects of their start-ups – from cofounders selection, through cofounder dating all the way to equity allocation and cofounders agreements. The team being the make or break of the start-up, and one area where mistakes are very hard to correct later, getting it right at the beginning is an absolute key.

Start-ups have become a key-driver in the transformation from research and innovation into products and services in the market.
