Pasi Harttunen has been with HR since 2004 (left banking & insurance before it went out of fashion…) and he is currently concentrating on the challenges in (digitalising) leadership, recruitment, and strategic personnel services sector. Pasi’s nomad life started with moving from Finland to Estonia in 2001 and he has been on the
road ever since, in Switzerland from 2016. What Pasi likes in HR, is the actual, real person he is privileged to listen to. As every person, every talent, every story is unique, so are his days at work.
